We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport; essentially after a long day of travel to Dominica, we just wanted a quick taxi ride to a hotel to relax and unwind. The hotel was a great choice for this. We were there in mid-February 2025 and there was evidence of a 'former glory' (prior to a hurricane, perhaps) in the form of an outdoor courtyard, bar and stage. There was construction in process and I have hopes for a bright future for this facility as the entire staff was extremely welcoming, attentive and informative. Since there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we requested a dinner there, which was superb as was the breakfast the following morning. After breakfast, we walked about 45 minutes, mostly downhill and quite scenic, back to the airport to get a rental car and began our exploration of Dominica. Some travelers might choose to do it differently and immediately leave the airport area to 'see the sights'. I have no regrets; primarily because of the friendly staff at the Classique International.

We loved the spectacular location, which offered easy access to hiking and snorkeling. The gardens on the property are beautiful , and there are incredible sunset views over the Caribbean from the pool. It is a totally relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed,as well as immaculately clean. The food is delicious. We especially loved the local specialties in the menu and enjoyed the selection of bush rums.

This top floor large single unit apartment was a very pleasant experience during my weeklong stay. I enjoyed the excellent views, privacy, super fast WiFi for my work, washing machine, air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds/sofas, centralized location close to all the food options. Take the Jack's Trail in morning for a great view. If you are looking for an affordable option to get to the DOM airport - take the local bus on Great George street near the bridge for 12.50 ECD (~5 USD) to get dropped near the airport (allow 30 mins to get the bus filled up and 1.5 hrs to get the airport).

First things first: Make sure to book the tours with their driver and guide George. He is super nice, gives you all the time you need at every single stop and he is also very flexible whenever you want to adjust the tours. The host Alitha was very welcoming and answered all the questions we had before getting there. The property is right in the jungle next to Roseau. Surrounded by lots of hot springs to relax.

Located in Marigot, Roots Jungle Retreat has free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a bar. There's a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries.

The hosts are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are freshly prepared with local and/or self-grown incredients (super delicious!). The location in the middle of untouched nature is absolutely astonishing! Travel advice given by the hosts were perfect - wish our stay would have been longer ; ) See you next time!

The view is magnificent! I grew up 1 minute away and I was searching for somewhere in the area to stay the would suit the needs of my family and Blue whale was the only place that caught my attention from what was posted online, and the pictures are exactly what you see. Clean and comfy. I also like my bed more on the softer side and nick provided a topper at the mention of it. He surprised me with a crib for my 3 month old baby without me asking. That was very thoughtful. Oh yes, and my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Cocoa Cottage in Roseau provides accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. There's a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

- Host was freindly and accomadating with arrival time - Room was great place to relax for a few days - Cooking facilities and utensils were good didn't need anything but food.
