This hotel was simply perfect for a relaxing holiday. The kids had a great time the pool was fun, and the jacuzzi was a real treat. We also loved that we could bring our dog along. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were beautifully furnished, calm, and comfortable, with such a great energy all around. A special thanks to Mr. Hussein, who was the perfect example of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. He went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure the children were entertained and that we had everything we needed for comfort and enjoyment. We will definitely be coming back!

The service provided by Abdallah and Joseph was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Abdul was incredibly welcoming, always greeting me with a warm smile and helpful recommendations for local attractions. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel right at home. Joseph, on the other hand, was attentive and quick to assist with any requests I had, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Together, they created a positive atmosphere that truly enhanced my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and dedication. I highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Abdallah and Joseph!

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. I loved the location too, it was close to good places to eat, I felt safe and it was not too far from sightseeing! Carlos went far and beyond to help and for the first time I didn’t felt they were helping me for monetary reasons but he genuinely care!
