Great apartment for the money. Only issue would be lack of AC. We had to keep the windows open during the night, to cool the rooms down, but then we could hear all the noises from cars passing by.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. Everything was VERY clean and orderly. The staff were very pleasant - Morgann was an excellent host, she assisted with excursions for several destinations in Paris providing written directions to the locations. I can not say enough about her and how much we enjoyed meeting and working with her. The rooms were large (including the toilet) and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and the overall "homey" feel the location provided. We were looking for a Parisian feel with this location and they delivered for sure.

so happy the first time, I booked a prolonged stay this time! I LOVE the location! i love the design work that went into this building and the concept behind the “culture”. hipster-ish, yes! BUT cosy, warm, friendly and fun! one could stay and not venture out into Paris! Near to amazing boulangeries. next to the famous flea markets and absolutely worth dating on Saturday, Sunday and Mondays! the food is good. the bar is great. staff are amazing and super cool! there is an option for a late checkout. they also were able to store my luggage when I had to check out, but had hours until my flight left.

Friendly and polite reception people, after few days recognized me and my needs ( coffee, breakfast). Best part : pet friendly and everyone was nice to me and my dog. Breakfast served very fancy ( for a small hotel) I like how cosy overall hotel

Right in the middle of busy Saint-Ouen, but once you enter it's very peaceful and the garden is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. The studio itself is small but has everything you could need including a very well-equipped kitchen, and it's quite comfortable. The owner is very friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

    Although a little out of the centre of town for us the location is ideal - we travelled by car and it was just off the ring road (peripherique) so easy to get to. Parking under the building, so very convenient. Once inside the atmosphere is great with sofas and carpets in the relaxing area - the room was great and the staff were super helpful.
