1. Our host is such a sweet and kind lady… She greeted us when we arrived from the car and helped us with everything. Super responsive, always warm hearted. 2. The room is small but cozy, with a very private pavilion. 3. Location is quiet and local residential area. Close to the cultural center. Generally this property is a place with great value I’ll def recommend to friends who come to Tbilisi.

The people around here were pretty nice and hospit. Breakfasts was nice too, especially the pancakes (try it out, really, they are delicious). Room was clear and comfy as well. If you need some gegienics or smth like that, stuff will give it to you almost at thr moment you ask for it.

One of the hidden gems of Tbilisi. Red hotel is not located within City Center but it is on a mountain where you can sit in balcony and enjoy view of entire Tbilisi and not only that, the sun sets in mountains infront of you. These hosts were the best! This was our first trip to Georgia, and we were looking for a place that to stay that offered a central location to the city as well as amenities such as breakfast and private bath. The location was excellent, about a mile from the very center of town. We took Bolt cabs to most places, but many things are within walking distance. The hosts were extremely hospitable, and they made sure all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were very clean with plenty of space. There were large breakfasts each morning that were delicious. Kakha, the owner, also offers tours that can be arranged a head of time for Tblisi and many locations throughout Georgia. We took a tour to Sighnaghi, a beautiful city two hours east of Tblisi, and enjoyed the trip very much. When we're able to return, there's no question we'll stay here!

The location was superb as it is near the city center. We love how the place was exclusive for us. It has all the needed appliances, too. The view was great and the room sizes were enough to accommodate 6 people. The owner was very accommodating to respond quickly to our requests/inquiries.

Their son will pick you up from the airport and help you converse with the owners as they don't speak English but are so attentive and eager and glad you are staying with them. The property is really unique and a great place to spend the night if you are coming in late to Tbilisi by plane.
