The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn't know you could rent fishing equipment! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip! From getting us Hershey Chocolate Bars to go along with the marshmallow's for our bonfire, to providing me with fresh shrimp to use as bait! Shout out to Captain Luis and Brian, who took us out on the boat for a couple hours to make sure I caught some fish on my birthday! To the kitchen staff who not only cleaned the fish we caught but made us a stew and deep fried my other fish! I truly can't say enough about the guest check-in staff, who from the minute we arrived made us feel like they were waiting for us to arrive! Truly making us feel welcomed! P.S. - the A.C. in the bungalow was OUTSTANDING!!! I even had to turn it off for a while because the room was too cold! We will 100% be coming back!

They did not give a room that is in the picture and did not have a miskito net which would have helps since i had lots of bites after . toilet did not flush so had to use another rooms bathroom. no discounts were taken for the inconvenience.
