There are these places that make me happy. And it turned out that this guest house was one of them. We loved everything.. An amazing, absolutely beautiful location in nature, on the top of the hill overlooking Bandung city; the surrounding nature, bird songs, nature sounds, happy cats and friendly dogs; an adorable, amazingly decorated room with terrace; super tasty breakfasts, especially, nasi goreng; the most adorable host family that did 100 times more than we expected from them; meditating sounds from surrounding mosques; wonderful swimming pool with a breathtaking view and surrounding garden... Everything. I really, really, really would like to come back again and definitely for a longer time. Thank you so much for this experience.

    The location is a paradise and the staff are angels. Gugun helps you out with anything and all of Pipit’s food is delicious. The pool is beautiful. We loved the cute cats and dogs, we didn’t mind that they even slept in our rooms. And we really had almost no mosquitoes. Of course you have to anticipate a spider and a grasshopper or cricket but they won’t harm you and in our case the cat even chased the occasional big insect out of the room. We had Poolside and Sawa 1 and enjoyed both terraces and lovely views.

    We’re a couple working since a few months in Jakarta and we were looking for an escape from the city. Rumah Lereng is a perfect location for this. You’re right in nature and the beautiful gardens of the property. It’s not the closest to Bandung city center, and that’s what we liked about it. We wanted a little escape and relaxation. There are lovely animals to hang out with if you like cats and dogs. Pipit’s cooking is delicious. We’ll probably be back!

    It is a very nice pet-friendly place to stay, especially if you want to escape from the busy city of Bandung. Rumah Lereng has a huge garden and trekking area, making it perfect for those who wish to bring their pets and go for walks with them. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming towards pets. I highly recommend staying here.
