It's a very comfortable stay with 2 rooms on the first floor of a house where the family of Mother and 2 children lives downstairs. They were very polite and helpful. Excellent for solo travellers on two wheelers Facility to park 2 cars in front of the property is there.600 metres from main road to the property is a narrow strip,but can be traversed as there are not much vehicles at a particular point of time.Mr.Abhin & Mr.Allan are running the show with small grocery and bakery in front of the house and owns a boat for sightseeing also. Mrs.Mini their mother is a panchayath member and gracefully serves the morning breakfast ( Puttu & Kadala/ Appam & curry) Worth for the money spent.

This was the most serene, rejuvenating and luxurious property I’ve ever been to. 15 acres and only 28 units. Wonderful views of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, high tea, the restaurants and services.
