Cozy Pieracchi House - A Slice of History
A great location and shared between three friends the price was very reasonable. We found it easy to locate and enter with the keybox. The property has one master bedroom and two sofa beds which we made use of, so there was plenty of space for all three of us. Its a very short walk to the bars in the old town and a slightly longer walk into the new town, but nothing is too far away. The temperature in the apartment stayed cool all day and then we opened the windows at night for fresh air.

The location is great and very handy for either the old town or the newer part of Barga. Restaurants, caffès and supermarket and bus stop literally minutes away. Very quiet at night. The property itself is quirky but also cosy and welcoming. Handover was smooth. Very enjoyable stay.

Good communication with instructions on how to get there. When we arrived, we were met by the host who had lit a lovely fire in the kitchen. There was stocked larder cupboards which were were able to use which was great as we didn’t need to go out again.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. 20 minute walk into Barga centre. an amazing pool with an amazing outlook. The air-conditioning was essential in the heat!

Large, clean, well-equipped house 5 mins walk from the centre. Friendly and communicative host. Highly recommended.
House finished with high quality materials. Surrounded by beautiful nature with a view of the Apuan Alps, including Pania della Croce. The view from the small window of one of the bathrooms resembles Van Gogh's painting "Cypresses". We baked 9 delicious pizzas in a traditional stone pizza oven located next to the house. Many thanks to the host, who showed us places where you can swim and what to visit in the area.
