The conditions were really good,good communication with and also excellent location.

The most important that washroom was super new, had bidet sprayer which is very important for Muslims, also had garage under hotel where you can park your car safely and it coasted 20 or 25 euro can’t recall, special regards to Magdalena, for her hospitality and kind and joyful personality ❤️

They stored our bags in between stays and the breakfast had a great selection!

It’s rare to find a place where both the people and the surroundings leave such a deep impression — we left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.

It’s just amazing! Everything’s perfect, the service of the staff, the room, the restaurant!!! And also the swimming pool is just wonderful!! A must stay in Bolzano and will be back again.

Super friendly staff Clean luxury and comfortable

Our stay was, without exaggeration, absolutely perfect! the hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we had full access to all the spa facilities, which made the experience even more relaxing and special. The room was also outstanding, very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, which made a big difference throughout our stay. Breakfast was impeccable, with exceptional variety and quality, and the dinner, a five-course experience, was simply perfect every single night. Overall, the food deserves a special mention. The service was another highlight: the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and always available. We also loved the thoughtful details, like being provided with robes and slippers to walk around the hotel comfortably. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to hopefully come back again soon.

Very clean and neat well organized apartment with nice view, great for relaxing. Also, the building has a large garage with extra space for each car. Friendly and supportive staff.

Incredibly beautiful property, one of the best locations and with a lift to not battle with the big luggage. Big and comfortable and everything you needed at hand.

Location was great. I am travelling by train and it is a short distance from the train station and everything you need is within short distance. Directions to access the room were clear and helpful.

Perfect location. Felt very safe as a single traveler

Amazing staff! Food was fantastic with a good wine selection. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Smaller spa but well done and boutique-like. Close to a few other great restaurants and wineries as well. I was traveling for work and needed two days to relax and get some work done. This was the perfect spot with a nice view!

Reception staff , friendly staff, great location, very welcoming

The hotel and restaurant were elegant, understated and simply beautiful. Everything had a relaxed vibe, from the colors to the lighting to the textures. Perfectly decorated for de-stressing. The sauna and pool areas were especially peaceful and immaculate. The restaurant was pure perfection and staff members Carlos and Yasmine impressed me each and every day of my stay.

A wonderful property in a peaceful surrounding full of trees and close to nature but not far from the city center. I like sleeping alone and the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. Modern, clean room, and the owner very helpful and friendly. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!
