Very romantic and quiet agriturismo in the countryside with a nice garden. Super good food, very friendly staff. Renovated and nicely decorated rooms.

Everything, first they are very organized, since the start they send you a video very detailed how where to park , the road and place the door! Beautiful building! Very clean! Nice apartment simple as I needed. The Staff at the checkout very nice ! Thank you so much ,I definitely recommend it !

The hotel grounds and pool are beautiful, inviting, and very relaxing. It has a nice family atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and kind. They go the extra mile to help you, are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food and drinks. The only reason I gave some lower marks is because the facilities need some sprucing up, especially the ground floor handicap accessible room - the wood floor needs refinishing, the room needs painting, the refrigerator didn't work, and the upholstered chair needs to be cleaned. The pool also needed a good shocking and scrubbing. Otherwise, it would have been a 10 overall.

Hidden gem in Narni. If you're between making a day trip and staying over night - don't hesitate to stay overnight and make sure to book this accommodation. The owner is insanely attentive, running thousand extra miles to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Location is perfect, within the old city, but just next to the lift that connects you with a big public parking lot a few levels below. Address is a double win - within the old town, but just next to the old city gate. This way, you benefit from a medieval atmosphere around, and you can enjoy epic views that you wouldn't get otherwise (Narni's old town has dense medieval architecture, so most buildings face.. other buildings). A few very good restaurants in a 5 minute walking distance. I was also positively surprised about the quality of the room/bathroom - no strange smells from pipes (super common problem in buildings that old), fast internet, multiple pillows to choose from etc. Despite it is a historical building, and we were visiting in the beginning of March, the place was nice, cozy, and warm. I'm allergic to dust, but no problems on that front neither. Kudos for all efforts put into organizing and maintaining place at such a high standard!

Loved how welcoming, friendly, and helpful the staff was! We were lucky enough to be in town (by chance) during the Narni Città Teatro Festival, which made our short stay in Narni a little bit more special. It's in a central location, easy to walk everywhere from here. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely stay here again the next time I happen to be in the area

The atmosphere of staying at an Italian villa, The laid out of the building, the rooms and the view. People were friendly and accommodated to our late arrival from Rome airport heading to Loreto.

Amazing Location and flexible staff !

I love that cur host met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage and then showed us the clean and well organized place. Everything plus the kitchen was in great working order and felt like home!. We chose this location so we could walk to the festival and our favorite restaurant. Our stay was amazing and next time we would love to stay for a whole week!
