Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Grazie mille!

The rooms were modern, comfortable and we were delighted with the air conditioning. The hotel was close to the beach with the added bonus of a pool! The breakfast was included and it was an amazing feast! The front desk staff gave us information on what to see and wonderful restaurants and the best gelato shop in the old city part of Rimini.

Property was amazing, renovated with very professional staff. We came a bit early due to our flight and we got a room at 11am, which we really appreciate it. I loved the hotel and it’s territory. Super nice staff at the reception. Ladies work like bees at breakfast, no wait at all for the food to be replenished. Rooms are clean, curtains may be replaced though. Bathroom is spacious enough. Balcony has a line to hang your clothes up to dry. Mini-bar and free water in it are perfect.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The friendliest people on the planet if not in the whole universe. Breakfasts are delicious, the beds are comfy and rooms are clean. The view from our hotel room was great too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the localization is good right next to the beach and the bus stops are nearby.

What a beautiful property & gardens. We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. The spa and shower were a special touch.

We were traveling with our dog Guido and were happy to find this pet-friendly Villa. It is very close to the sea and best restaurants are in 5-7 min walk.     Room lead onto a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the beach. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Pets allowed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Perfect location right on the beach and has a lovely restaurant beneath it named bounty. Our room had little touches from the beach which were really sweet (shells hanging from the lights above the bed).

    The location is top - near the beach, restaurants, shops, and events. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly and my corgi loved it. They gave out discount vouchers for the beach (unlike previous years the beach wasn't included in the price but with the discount, it was almost the same). The staff was really friendly. Even though my dog was afraid and barking at the cleaning lady, she took the time to comfort him and show that she is not a treat, and that made the stay for my dog (and my wife and me) much more pleasant.
