The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We visited in August on a hot day. The shutters kept it comfortable and the cold AC everywhere was wonderful. The house is completely redone with modern conveniences. The kitchen has everything in case you feel like preparing a serious meal. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable I have ever encountered in Portugal. The house is just outside of Serta on a dead end street but it almost feels way out in the country. I loved the view of the valley. Check in was easy and communication was prompt. Highly recommended.

Annabelle and Rose were both very friendly, professional, and helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay. The property is nice and clean and the room was very comfortable. We stayed with dogs and appreciated the large terrace for us all to relax on. The hotel is just a few minutes away from a market, many restaurants, and pedestrian areas around the river. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again fantastic value!

This hotel offers great value for money. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly (they were very helpful and granted us an early check-in). The room is comfortable, clean and recently renovated. The location is amazing - just around the corner of the main street of the town, with restaurants and shops nearby.
