Unbeatable location, steps away from the central market and where all transpirations congregate. The room is as in the pictures. São Tomé frequently experiences blackouts. It happened when I first arrived but the owner had some backup power so I still had lights. For the rest of the stay, A/C worked well. Overall, it’s a great stay.

The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, the price, the convenience

Very comfortable three-bedroom house with excellent facilities - everything worked well (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, wifi, Netflix on TV). Good location with easy street parking. Beautiful flowers in the yard. We even got to enjoy the neighbor's cat, who stopped by for frequent visits. Great place to relax!

I liked everything and everyone. Dona Helena was a fantastic host. Me and my partner could not ask for a better place. We were safe and blessed to be there. We thoroughly recommend this hotel without a doubt. The food was excellent and fresh. Thank you ever so much for having us. We are coming back for sure.

I end ti never stay there , the owner was nit there and with helpnif taxi driver we found him , the appartement had no electricity and wasn t in a state to get people , i had to find another to stay

Loved this small boutique hotel. Run by a dedicated family since its inception and it has everything you need in a hotel. The service is beyond exceptional. The wifi, air conditioning, showers, large rooms, and continental breakfast are perfect and the location is within walking distance of many restaurants and local sites. They even have a small bar with a great selection and my favourite , São Tomé national beer. Highly recommended.
