Wow! This was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. In fact, it's not even a room, it's little house with two rooms, all huge, and huge luxurious bathroom. Everything is brand new, not just in your "villa" but everywhere. We also used spa services and those were great too. The whole property is very isolated, you feel very calm and safe. The staff tries their best to accommodate your needs. The price might look high comparing to other hotels, but it totally worth it.

Our stay in Douz was one of the best parts of our Sahara Desert road trip. The apartment is in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk anywhere. The location was even better than we hoped. The apartment itself was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt open and welcoming. The host, Faoizi, was on another level. He was always ready to help and kept in touch with clear communication. One evening, we joined him at his café to watch the World Club Cup semifinal, which made us feel part of the community. The highlight of the stay was the 4x4 sunset jeep tour into the Sahara. It felt real and unique. We enjoyed Berber food cooked in the desert and over a cup of traditional tea while learning about local life. We arrived in Douz as guests but left feeling like friends. The food at camp mars was amazing. I happened to be the only guest during my time there and they took extra special care of me and made sure everything was great. Camp mars is such a unique experience and a once in a lifetime kind of stay. Make the journey here and you will not regret it. You get picked up in the city of Douz and begin an epic adventure through the sand dunes for a few hours before reaching camp.
