It is clean and comfy with a beautiful rooftop terrace, from which you can have the really gorgeous view of the bay.

The pool was a life saver in 35 Degrees the villa is simply perfect everything you could want its 5 mins in a taxi from the village centre (TL300) so not an issue. The host Mustafa and his wife are simply the best, he said just whatsapp me anything there are no stupid questions which came in Useful a few times, the View is just spectacular everywhere at the Villa is spotless. The Air con is brilliant and works very well. Its really a home from home. All in all the grandkids son his wife and my wife all loved it. Kalkan is a really special place and the Villa Ekinoks made this visit even more special

We are a company of 3 friends, were on holiday in August 2026. Spent a wonderful week at this accommodation and fully satisfied with our staying. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen, it is cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary (cutlery, wide variety of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, books, table games, etc) - I can mention nothing missing. When we were out of gas and drinking water, all was delivered within 20 minutes. The porch looks straight at the swimming pool that was almost all the time our own. The location is also great - everything is in walking distance: supermarkets, downtown with shops, bars and restaurants , public beach, bus station. Thanks a lot to John and Nisa for this perfect holiday. Will definitely come again

It was a very good decision to rent this beautiful and cozy house. We had a great time for our family at Villa Funda. This great home is conveniently located in the nice neighborhood of Kalkan. It just minutes away from everything that Kalkan has to offer - vibrant food scene, shopping, beach, marina and many more. Villa Funda has all needed amenities for great vacation and felt like a home for our family. We cooked our own breakfast - and there were no problems with kitchen utensils, water, gas and coffee maker. Each corner of the villa has its own purpose and charm: backyard sitting area with grill and fireplace, fire pit where friends and family can sit around, bar on the terrace with sea view and, of course, - well maintained pool. Small, almost "personal”, spot for swimming and snorkeling is just around the corner - Kalamar Beach Club and Diving center, 5 minutes walking down to the bay. It is easily accessible even with 2-year old kid. We did snorkeling there and saw lot of fish and squids. The most unforgettable moments for all of us were sitting on the upper terrace during the sunrise or sunset and observing beautiful surroundings - amazing sea view with islands on the horizon, neat homes nested on the slopes of Kalkan and boats cruising in the bay. It was a great to have dedicated parking behind the gates. Owners are very nice people. They keep everything in order and always ready to help.
