We had an outstanding two-night stay at Gostynna Rodyna. Svetlana is an exceptional host, offering great tips on local activities and serving us amazing homemade breakfast and dinner with ingredients from her own farm. The hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you, Svetlana, for making our stay in the Carpathian Mountains so special. We will definitely be back!

First of all, the general vibe of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with the general organization of the hotel being perfect for a relaxing stay, where you don't think about anything except the relaxation. The amenities - especially chany (traditional regional hot tubs) and banya (stream-side spa with steam you can adjust yourself) - were amazing, just as the massage. The additional cost for them was 100% worth the price. Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is great and is open pretty much continuous. Amazing tasty local food, great selection of wines and drinks, and a good choice of dishes for vegetarians. The hotel's location is a perfect spot for several days worth of hikes in the neighbouring mountains.

It was clean and tidy, towels, shampoo, extra blankets in the closet in the common area. Fresh bed sheets, pans and pots in the kitchen, kettle, microwave, fridge free to use. Take your own oil if you want to cook. Blow dryer in the bathroom, good shower, nice back yard with benches and summer barbecue. Three rooms in the house on the ground floor. We didn’t access the second floor. Two other rooms are still (assuming) renovating to rent in the future. Kitchen was all for us but it will be a common area in the future. Host is polite and helpful, easy to contact. Free parking near the building. Pay with cash or be ready to send from bank to bank. No terminal is available to pay with physical card. TV, house slippers available, nice Christmas tree decor on the table. Warm floor which is the main source of the heating. Easy to check out. The host met us during the check in.

The owners were very, very kind. They picked me up near the train station, gave me suggestions for local trails to explore, made me breakfast the day I left, and really went above & beyond to make me feel welcome.
