Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Charlotte

They were very courteous and helped us with everything we needed. The lady at the front desk even explained to us how the train worked, which saved us some money. I forgot my Airpods in the room and they kindly shipped them back to my house in New York.

Great spot for a night in Charlotte on our trip passing through. Easy to locate and get to, easy to get to downtown but also some other parts of the region. Easy parking outside the hotel, which was also very clean and orderly. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked to be in good shape. Breakfast was really good if compared to other hotels in this category on our trip through the USA (it makes no real sense to compare this point to European hotels but even in this regard is was very decent compared to simpler European hotels). I would definitively recommend it, even for a couple of days, much better value for price than the hotels we saw in downtown.

The property was very safe and beyond clean and the bar was really awesome beyond great customer service

Easy access, spacious, good brkft

Location, comfort and cleanliness.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay! We especially loved the great indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the hot tub. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The value for money is excellent. A real highlight was the generous evening buffet, which even included two cocktails per adult per day. We definitely didn’t expect that and were very impressed! The only downside was the gym. It is quite small and has very limited strength-training equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay with lots of great extras. We would definitely stay here again!

Larry at the front desk was amazing
