We felt very much at home, once we arrived, as the cottage was comfortable, very cute and eclectic decor, very well stocked kitchen, including coffee pods, and cookies, and a sense of place near the river. Granted it was not a luxury hotel, but its authentic old Florida feel, and atmosphere was a treat.

What a sweet, well-equipped cottage this is. Very comfortable, clean and private...with several cozy outdoor areas for coffee or just chilling. Fully equipped kitchen with amply supplied paper products and soaps, etc...and the having a washer and dryer was a real plus. Would love to stay again.

Very well kept, quaint place. Beautiful room & main home dining area. Also loved the courtyard in the back with the pool, fire ring & gorgeous mango tree.

Heated pool, cute surfing decor, very short walk to the beautiful beach. We watched a space launch from the front yard!

Very efficient staff. Great valet service. Exceptional room with very comfortable beds. Hot hot shower. Modern features. The view of the river was beautiful. The rooftop bar had delicious drinks! Will definitely go back.

Short drive on A1A to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, Patrick Space Base, nighttime Bioluminescent kayak paddle tour. Easy drive to Florida Institute of Technology. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are available. Clean appliances - laundry, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove. Wi-fi access. Clean bathrooms, great shower pressure and temperature control. Comfortable furniture. Room for reorganizing and repacking life for college move-in.
