Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Prospect Heights

Great location, near the airport and right next to a dollar tree, plus plenty of fast food / grocery. Very clean and quiet. I felt safe. It was right on the bus line - you can walk to the airport from here.

The staff was great and hotel is clean

Beautiful public rooms, very comfortable bedroom

Since we were visiting relatives in the Northern Suburbs the location was excellent. It is also a nice, quick drive from O'Hare. The #1 reason that I liked the hotel was from the moment I stepped inside the doors my prior encounters that I had had with everyone at the airport and car rental after a 10 hour flight (which was horrible) was instantly forgotten as we received the most wonderful, genuine, caring and friendly greeting from the front desk attendant MELISSA JOHNSON. We had been traveling from Europe and had left very early. Since it was a day flight we had not slept on the plane either. Her kindness made me cry and I was so happy after she checked us in. I do hope that the hotel sees this and will recognize her. The room was very large (we are use to European rooms), the bathroom was large and clean with excellent water pressure and the vanity area was well lite. Since we traveled from Europe we were wide awake at 4am so it was so nice that the gym is 24 hours and we were able to get a nice work out before the sun came out. The gym also has excellent tasting water. There is a pool but we missed the hours it was open. There is plenty of free parking. If I come back to the area I will look at staying here again.

Well maintained, quiet, and coffee in the lobby.

Everything was as expected. For the bathroom they use Aveda products which I use it daily at home.

Steve was exceptionally helpful. Made checking in a breeze. Very professional and knows his job. The stay was very pleasant. One if not my favorite place to stay in the area.

We liked the prices of the room, we did not like that the heater thermostat on the wall was not working correct we couldn't get it to cool off in that room and then the AC was not working that is a huge problem for being comfortable on a very cold night and it's too hot and can't regulate the room temperature

The location was excellent.Service was timely and everyone was polite.

It was perfect location to meet up with friends.

I booked this place last minute after a long delay at O Hare. The check in process was incredibly easy and staff was friendly and caring. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast options

Clean, new, great staff, beautiful rooms.

the hotel was very clean and very comfortable and good heat

Cleaning service was excellent! I appreciate them

Very Clean and the front desk staff were just amazing!

Property was right off of the highway and really easy to access and exit in the morning. Lots close by for quick food options. Staff was very friendly when we arrived as well! The outside is very standard motel which we were expecting no but the rooms were shockingly nice!! Updated furniture and fixtures, comfortable beds , a not ancient tv. Overall a great stay and the price can’t be beat.

I like the location and how the host responded very fast when I was having trouble getting in. I didn’t have any other problems.

My favorite part was the amazing staff and how clean it was
