Love this place and the staff! They are very accommodating to their guests’ needs and it is the best place I find for sleeping out of all I’ve tried so far in Ruston (my son is a student there). They are renovating right now but have managed to make it the least disruption for guests.

Easy to find. And the location was perfect for being close to several restaurants and Walmart. Shower pressure was great, towels nice and fluffy. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen because we were busy coming and going for ball games all weekend so we ate out each meal, but the kitchen had what we would have needed to cook meals.

The approach to the house is great; nice neighborhood and easy to locate. Once there I was greeted by Ms. Johnny, the lady who owns the house, after that she was nice to give us a brief tour of the house. Every room was clean and well designed with an old fashioned air about the place. There are plenty of pictures of her and family in every room showing her long history. The facilities on the property were well stocked. The bed was fantastic with fresh sheets that are layered well and semi firm mattress that is comfortable and provides maneuverability. There are two TVs, both with streaming services, that are located in the living room and bedroom. My partner and I were given privacy with our host only a phone call and short trip away.
