Price was par with the place. And, close to my planned destination after an 8 hour drive. The room was cleaner than I expected and came with a microwave and fridge. Parked car up to room door.

Everything. This was our best selected spot on the way from Vancouver to Los Angeles. Clean room, responsive personnel, swimming pool, small gym, good breakfast. Huge and special thanks to the receptionist who borrowed the laptop charger to me as I forgot mine in a previous hotel.

We needed adjustments for my 96 year old father. Dee went out of her way to accommodate us, she was exceptionally friendly! I also left my Ipad in my room😐.Heather called me and helped me set up a UPS pick up so item could be sent to me. Both ladies provided outstanding customer service!

Such a fabulous place nestled within the mountainside at Lake Shasta. From the messages before arrival to the check in process, to the amenities provided to the fabulous breakfast brought to the rooms, and the welcome from.the owner, everything about this place was exceptional. The room was modern and spacious and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend for anyone staying withing the Lake Shasta area.
