Property is well maintained, neat and clean. I haven’t seen even 4 star facilities having such services. Highlight of the trip was help desk support. Derek at the helpdesk shared all the details starting from food to must visit spots within Yellowstone National Park. Can’t thank enough Derek for sharing all the details and timely followed to check if any help or support required.

Really enjoyed the swimming pool. The rooms were very clean and the location had easy access to the national park as well as great restaurants near by. A little tip-before you go and buy bear spray, ask the front desk if they have some. I asked after I purchased and found out that a lot of tourists just donate their bear spray when they leave, as I did as well. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the park.

Exelsior place! No regrets at all by choosing this play to stay during long weekend (Labor Day) for our trip to Yellowstone. Close to the little downtown and the park entrance! Comparing the prices around still on the table cause the breakfast it’s a big plus for a long run. Super clean, staff was nice and the breakfast room have enough space for everyone but be there early on peak season cause the plate choices will be shorter. Everything that hotel offer it’s good! And have on mind that the mattress are orthopedic! I am not very demanding when all needs are met. And they are pet friendly! that’s why I’ll give this hotel and 5 star

The hotel is very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone NP. Spacious room where there was also a cute wolf teddy waiting for us on the bed. Even though we didn't expect any breakfast, there was a very wide selection available in the morning. Also snack bars and hot chocolate/tea were available throughout the day. Free laundry. Hot tub and pool available indoors. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Very comfy room with everything you need, good A/C, nice toilettries, and extremely clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed our stay here. Awesome location and plenty of parking as well! Nice community kitchen!

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable, atmospheric.We vacationed in the snowy winter, and the house had a wonderful fairy-tale atmosphere thanks to the peacefully crackling fireplace, hot jacuzzi, glass of wine, soft rocking chair and the smell of wood. Highly recommend, this place is worth!

The property was just minutes away from the National Park. The breakfast was extensive, warm, delicious, and never the same for the entire week we were there. And best of all was the lady and gentleman at the front desk in the morning. They made you feel at home. Would definitely go back!
