Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Wheeling

The staff was great and hotel is clean

Customer service is excellent Very clean.

My favorite part was the amazing staff and how clean it was

We stayed here with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by Ms. Sharon at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Later that night, we had an issue accessing the pool area at the last minute - our kids were feeling emotional after dropping off a family member at the airport, so this meant a lot. The AGM, Ms. Shawna, and Mr. Ruben went above and beyond to help us. They made sure we had everything we needed so the kids could enjoy their time and relax. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the staff’s professionalism and helpful attitude made the entire stay excellent. My youngest (4) even said he wanted to leave them a “1,000-star review”! Highly recommended.

The room was huge. We loved it. And the hotel was dog friendly. It was a great choice.

Lots of space, great breakfast and the pool was awesome for my kids.

The place where it is located, right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. There are so many restaurants close by. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the facilities are in great shape.

The place looked great. And the room was bigger than I expected.

Everything was as expected. For the bathroom they use Aveda products which I use it daily at home.
