Dedicated parking spaces for guests that are easy to access. Welcoming arrival with very friendly hosts :) Knowing a little japanese will help with communication but isnt necessary since the host is very patient if a translator app is needed. The house is next door seperate to the hosts house and connected through a beautiful garden! There is a little stream coming down from the mountain. It has little shrimps and crabbies during summer (watch your step!) The house is built by the host and very clean. It has all the utility you need to cook meals with. If you need supplyies like oil you can kindly ask the host if they can lend it to you :) There is also a supermarket in the next town. We could park our car in the garage during the taifun so its safe from damage. Wish we could have stayed forever! Fascinated with the cleanliness and well kept house and garden. The futons are so comfortable! If you like to chat, the hosts are very pleasant to talk to!

The check in instructions and directions were clear and correct. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities for a group of friends staying at a location for multiple nights and wanted to cook instead of eat out. The washing machine, bath, toilets, kitchen appliances, everything was top notch and had clear easy directions in English and multiple languages for all the guests. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and spotless, everything looked very new. For the location, we walked to the canals, the ropeway, la collima, and the JA market and stores. Kikis bakery and café was delicious!!

The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. What was most impressive, however, was how responsive the host was. The host responded almost immediately to every email inquiry I had about the property. I would highly recommend this house to people who are visiting historic and lovely Omihachiman.

Extremely comfortable sleeping room and a gorgeous house situated in a lovely neighborhood. The owner was extremely kind and provided a wonderful meal and a ride to the train station at the end of my stay.
