We got a chance to try our hand cutting and stacking the rice. Her breakfast was delicious and lots of it. We had some car trouble and she helped us navigate the system to get a new car delivered. We met her family and friends. The village has a nice cafe and a little rustic Italian restaurant with great pizza.

The hotel is a little outside of Chiang Mai central as we wanted a quiet place. Most of the activities send vans for pickup at the hotel so transport to and from the different activities is not an issue. The neighborhood has a market, laundry services and a small leisure area just down the street.

Its a beautiful farm with an incredible view - the food is plentiful and very tasty. The staff are extremely friendly. We had a beautiful view of the rice farm and the stars were incredible at night. Its a fun road in. Definitely worth the slight detour to stay here. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a bouquet of pink roses, flower-decorated buggie to take us to our pavilion and special treats in the room.
