She helped us with pool time, an early check-in, and directions to the arena. She also gave us personalized recommendations for spending time in St. Paul and helped us when we needed to extend our stay. Staying at SpringHill was seamless and a highlight of our trip. Location, room comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, but honestly - it was Kristy at the front desk who really made the difference. Thank you!
