Everything was great. The staff is professional and friendly. They have a valet parking service, which is an added value in a 4-star hotel. The elevators are fast. The food is good, tasty and fresh. The room and bathroom were clean. You also have a bathrobe and slippers in a standard room, which is more than expected in a standard room in a 4-star hotel. The location is 5 minutes from the city center, easily accessible from the highway. The wellness & spa center is open until 10 pm even on holidays. The three saunas are very decent. Excellent value for money. Recommendations for this hotel, I will be happy to come again.

The property is conveniently located 10-minute shuttle drive to the international terminal of Sofia airport. Staff is very attentive, rooms are comfortable and clean. Strongly recommend for business travelers commuting from the country interior for an early morning flight on the next day.

The hotel is great - clean room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. They also offer a free shuttle to Sofia Airport.

Location and transfer to airport

Wonderful staff in reservations AND the restaurant. Super proactive and easily on par with some of the finest hotels in the world. The Spa is in quite nice and included with the price. There is also an amazing, upscale buffet breakfast included in the big, beautiful skylighted hotel restaurant.

It has what you would expect and more. They are polite and they care about giving a good and efficient service. Whether you want to socialize or just rest you can do both in separate areas each. Best hostel I've been to so far.

Very large spacious clean room with lovely views from the terraces. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is in good location, central and direct metro to the airport. The pool was nice and clean. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good.

This hotel has the most perfect hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything appears to be brand new and it has alot of space plus very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable also the sir conditioningbis perfect. The only thing I would prefer is a flexible shower hose which there is only the overhead one. The rooftop bar has a nice view for coffee. The restaurant and coffee shop is nice on the ground level also. I was able to park inside the grounds of the hotel. I decided to walk to Vitosha Blvd. and the NDK this took around 35 minutes.

All the stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. We had an early morning flight and breakfast included that we couldn’t arrive to, so they were vary kind and offered to make us sandwiches to the airport. The location is about 10 minutes walking from the center, also near by metro stations.

Nice modern hotel. Not too far away from the centre, about 10 minute walk or 2-3 tram stops. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Would recommend the stay.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent. The location was perfect; after parking the car, we could explore the city on foot without needing to take it out. You can reach Vitoshi Boulevard in 2 minutes. We could also reach other attractions from there. As a family with children, being in a central location is important, so I would choose this hotel again if I were to return. Breakfast was also good.
