Places to Stay in Cairo

Location, safe and met the expectation

All staff in reception were perfect specially Mona and Rahma

OMNEYA and Ramy made good services. we enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well located, near to the pyramids. The view from the room and from the terrace is breathtaking. The staff was kind, they organized transfer for us from the airport. Breakfast offers warm and cold dishes, salads, perfect to start the day. The room was like on the pictures. We enjoyed having the bathtub with the view.

Very convenient location, you do not leave the airport, clean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast and very polite and welcoming staff.

Loved the hospitality and service. Very welcoming staff, they checked on me everyday and Farida was a true gem. I got sick while here and the hotel sent up complimentary soup, honey and lime tea. Really responsive. They also gave me complimentaey cleaning service. 10 out of 10. BTW the breakfast is amazing. Diverse and fulsome. One of the best at any hotel I've visited.

ad an excellent stay at Fairmont Nile City. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the Nile. The facilities, food, and overall service exceeded my expectations. I truly felt valued as a guest and will definitely return.”

I had another great stay at Kemet Hotel and was really happy to be back. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff made me feel very welcome. A special thanks to Mostafa at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. He even gave me a complimentary upgrade from a single room to a twin room, which was a really nice surprise and made my stay even more comfortable. I’ve stayed here before and would definitely come back again. Kemet is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

The place is very nice and extremely clean The reception are very honest and respectable

The view is breath taking, we chose it solely for this, but the hotel reception was amazing as well. The breakfast had a good variety. We had an issue with the AC and they changed rooms immediately.

Everything was expectacular, the staff was great, kind and helpful, good food, the breakfast was stunning, and the served food from restaurant was great.

Amazing room Amazing staff Amazing guest relation office special ( Madlin )

Amr at the reception was very helpful

Very comfy and beautiful rooms, staff was very helpful (that made the difference).

The room was clean and the service was very good

Check-in took less than two minutes with a friendly, welcoming front desk. The room was thoroughly clean, smelled fresh, and felt nicely cut off from any outside racket. The mattress had proper back support, the AC was quiet, and the shower delivered hot water with great, consistent pressure. A truly comfortable and dependable stay—would gladly book again.

The food was great. the room was really nice and the staff was just amazing. The best hotel in Egypt!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and its location is very strategic. Access to the property was not very easy, but once we arrived, the experience was great. The reception team and front desk staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and included complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. Special thanks to Sahar and Dina in the restaurant, who were both excellent and made the hospitality even better.

The location and friendly staff

It‘s a very nice hotel, we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The sir at the front desk gave us welcome drinks. We wanted to stay for another night. Mr. Abdallah gave us a very favorable price. When we left, he also gave us a necklace souvenir. The view from the rooftop was also very good. It was a good experience.

A localização é excelente, bem no coração do centro da cidade, perto de muitos lugares e muito conveniente para se locomover. O quarto estava limpo, e os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

What an absolute gem. If you are looking at booking this hotel, go ahead and book, you will definitely not be sorry. It’s brand new, very comfortable, classy and the best location you will find. We stayed in room 404 and were the first people to stay in that room, with unobstructed view of the Pyramids. Will definitely stay there again without looking elsewhere. All the staff, from front desk to cleaners, are fantastic and really make you feel at home, with a special mention to Amr and Shahd. Amr is just the perfect host, and became like family in just 3 short days. Shahd is super friendly and very knowledgeable on all the tours, definitely book your tours with her.
