We had a group of eight stay here for a family vacation. We all loved the facility, the location, and mostly the fantastic owner, Rita! The two rooms and the apartment that we rented were all just fantastic! The location was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the nearby nature park that surrounds a lake with a swimming beach. This is a working organic farm and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the animals at the facility and at the nearby farms. Breakfast each day was wonderful, and we ate lunch there one day as well. The owner Rita is so much fun – we enjoyed talking with her and received good suggestions about places to visit and shop from her. For a those of you who are English speakers – Rita’s first language is English which made communication for us both before and during our stay so easy.

I'm not sure how anyone could rate this less than a 10/10. The property is located in an idyllic little farming village in the Netherlands, a short drive away from Uden, Oss, Den Bosch, Eindenhoven, etc. The property itself is homey and comfortable, and was rennovated somewhat recently, with a lovely garden and spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was tasty and filling - a variety of fruits, breads and spreads, yogurt with toppings, and eggs/bacon - and my kids enjoyed making Hagelslag. As a host, I cannot speak highly enough of Helga. She was warm and welcoming and was patient while we practiced our Dutch but happy to speak English with us when we had longer conversations. She went out of her way to help with activity recommendations for my family while I was working, and even left a little treat for the kids at breakfast the last morning of our stay. We would stay here over and over again if given the opportunity.

We loved the friendly reception, and the room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, and the kids also appreciated the sofa bed. The bathroom was new and had all the required appliances. The room also had air conditioning which was appreciated given the warm weather. Breakfast was made to order and was fantastic! It was tasty, plentiful and fresh!
