It is an artfully decorated and extremely clean hotel. From the balcony you overlook large palm trees and the pool creating a peaceful sanctuary with the sound of birds chirping. Tuk tuks wait outside and in just 5 minutes you’re at Pub Street and in the middle of the action. The staff are highly attentive and do everything they can to make you happy and comfortable. They also help to arrange transportation to and from Siem Reap’s airport and to Angkor as well as to the other temples.. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Before I arrived I had some questions. In each instance, I received an immediate and thorough response from the hotel. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which was very reliable and friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and professionalism. It was late at night and we had an early morning tour, so they arranged a breakfast box for us to take with us. When we collected it at 4am - it was hot - meaning someone was awake much earlier to prepare it. (The food is excellent by the way!!) The room was extremely comfortable and clean. They served us fresh fruit and their signature 'cinnamon juice' drink (Amazing!!) upon arrival too. This hotel feels extremely luxurious, and yet has the essence of a family run hotel. There is a complimentary afternoon tea. Imagine? Jasmine tea and sandwiches by the pool-side? They also have a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the famous 'Pub street' in the evening. Excellent value for money. The Elephant Hotel makes NO-CLAIM of sustainability - however, I noticed that they used paper straws, cardboard take-away containers and there were refillable water bottles in the bedrooms. It's the little things. But besides the excellent facilities and food (I rarely eat hotel food - but the quality and variety is excellent) - the STAFF are the real gems of the Elephant Hotel. Warm, helpful, kind, dedicated, professional - all of them. Miss Rody was extremely helpful in particular - but in fairness they were all wonderful - I just can't remember all their names. I just can't rate our experience highly enough! Staying at this hotel added immensely to our experience in Siem Reap.

The Five Senses Boutique Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Siem Reap. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The rooms were great and large! The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. The staff was amazing and even woke up at 5 am without notice to help me rent a scooter. I highly recommend renting their electric scooters. Driving through the jungle at sunrise, and exploring the ruins on the scooter, was one of the most amazing feelings in the world! Because of their amazing hospitality, great rooms, and great location, I would stay here again and recommend others to stay as well :).

The staff were very helpful and informative..always available to assist. Also able to accommodate day tours and travel needs. Rooms were spacious, and facilities incl then pool and restaurant are fabulous. Will come back again soon
