The pool was a wonderful bonus to our stay. The breakfast, albeit a bit pricey, was robust and delicious. It was an all around great experience and the staff was incredible!

Hotel seemed new it was so clean with a fresh Chinese inspired design. Close to the airport. Rooms were pretty, clean and quiet.

Our Novotel is located just 5 minutes walk away from the iconic Grand Place and just 450 yards from the De Brouckère Metro Station.

We had a very special stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre as a family. Everything was more than excellent: The room was immaculately clean and the whole hotel has a lovely fragrance that makes it feel fresh and welcoming. Its location is ideal — just a short walk from the Grand‑Place, which made exploring Brussels so easy. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful; check‑in was smooth and their attitude warm. Breakfast was excellent: very diverse, with many good options, and everyone serving in the breakfast room was exceptionally kind. The breakfast hall itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere. Room service cleans the room every day, which we very much appreciated. All in all, everything was superb, and the hotel added a touch of luxury to our family trip.

Everything - I love this boutique hotel and take it every time i am in Brussels; I adore the facilities with nice rooms and comfy beds, spa area - they started to make auguss - healthy options in the restaurant; and as usual friendly and flexible staff, incl. the restaurant one - i always feel myself comfortable in this hotel, and I highly recommend it!
