Beautiful hotel, room was lovely, breakfast was super with lots of choice, fabulous location and friendly staff

As a frequent worldwide traveler, I’ve stayed in hotels of all kinds, so I can be a bit picky. That ‘s why it was such a nice surprise to return to a city I know well and finally find a hotel that really hits a high standard. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were truly awesome: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They always had a smile and were happy to help with anything I needed. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly designed with guests in mind. From the common areas to the rooms, everything feels comfortable and thoughtfully put together. Also, the hotel is spotless, everything was incredibly clean and you can tell they take great care in keeping it that way. The valet parking was super convenient and worked perfectly, which made coming and going stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, something for everyone. The location is perfect with everything we needed close by, including a walking distance shopping mall, tourist attractions, grocery store, making getting around the city really easy. Overall, this hotel really has it all: great service, perfect location, comfort, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Um hotel completo para toda família. Piscina e área de jogos são o diferencial! Excelente!

The location and staff were wonderful.

From the swimming pool you have a great view to the mountains. The employees are super friendly, breakfast was really good. I think overall is great value for the money paid.

Very cozy, people in hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice view to the hills, and it is not complicated to arrive. The lit is great (really huge) and very comfortable. It has free parking included, and it is very secure place. Has also, a lot of eternainment gadgets you can use. Really nice stay

Good bedroom and good breakfast, silence and calm

O local é muito arborizado, a área compartilhada é bem aconchegante, o café da manhã é bom, a estrutura é antiga e os quartos estão divididos em casas. Tem muita história pra aprender. Talita e Jefferson nos receberam super bem.

The place was relaxing. Rustic but not old. The facilities were modern (with hot shower, new air conditioning and new standard outlets).

It was very beautiful snd clean

Excellent location. A lot of charm and character. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. The shower was nice and warm with very good water pressure. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty.

The location is within walking distance to city center. Breakfast is good, chalet is well set up.
