The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful addition and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi — they truly elevated the whole experience. We had such a fun and relaxing time and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s location just outside the center of Cuenca was perfect — close enough for easy access to taxis and the city, yet far enough to enjoy a calm, peaceful environment for a great night’s rest.

We liked the rooms. The kings room was excellent for people with disabilities. We liked the hotel cleanliness and the big party room. We attended a 15th birthday 🎂 party and had a great time.
