Excellent Hotel with superb staff. we were received at the reception by Alex and Maria who were very helpful, always with a smile on their faces and very professional and made us feel welcome. the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. the hotel in general looks new, smells very good, the location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions in the city but at the same time a quiet area. We would almost return to Bilbao just for this hotel

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. Quiet location a plus, but also convenient to Guggenheim and old town, easy walk to both. Lovely river view from room.

A beautiful building with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and the receptionist responded immediately to resolve our problem.
