We stayed in one of their villa's and enjoyed every minute of our stay. A very beautiful villa, comfi beds, full kitchen, spacious living room, lovely outdoor space and heated pool. And breath-taking views every sun rise and sun set! Also, the host is super friendly and easy and fast to communicate with if you need anything.

Just everything, so so so well worth the stay. It was exceptional.

The house was simply spotless and perfect in every detail: spacious, impeccably clean, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a lovely private garden with access to fantastic swimming pools. The self check-in was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free, and communication with the management team was consistently transparent, professional, and prompt. The location is unbeatable: very close to all amenities, local beaches, and main attractions in Maspalomas, yet set in a peaceful, relaxing oasis

I've stayed in lots of big resorts and I truly appreciated the relaxed vibe of this one. My little lad could easily navigate the buffet. Plenty of space around the pools. Evening buffet worked well with a price for children. Very good value and plenty of fresh, well cooked food. Location worked well. Quick cheap taxi ride to Aqualand and Sioux city. He loved playing cowboy! We got the bus to playa Amadores. Walked down the hill. Just 10 mins and got there for under 5 euro. Water obstacle Park again great value, all day wristband for 25 euro. I'd bought 45 mins in advance of the day for 10 euro and they just let me upgrade it. We also had a surf lesson at Canaries surf school in Playa De Ingles. Great teaching from a British guy, all very enthusiastic and supportive. Loads of free photos made available after. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. I think that they were the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. Whenever I needed help, they went above and beyond. I felt so safe in the hotel as a single parent and popping to local shops etc. Really and truly a lovely break. I return home energised, with great memories and ready to try surfing again...

Lovely pool area, always sunbeds available, the rooms are a great size with brilliant terraces for each apartment. Great value buffet and location is close to taxis, supermarket, bus stop and only a 5 min taxi to the beach, walkable in 20 mins if your fit.

Room, location, family friendly, instagrammable pool. They have a grocery store in the main building.

Comfortable rooms. We had a pool and sea view. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We were b&b so paid for lunch in the brasserie, which was lovely. Great location...quiet! But only a 20 min walk to the lighthouse and commercial centre. Some lovely restaurants on the beach and a supermarket less than a 5 min walk from the hotel.

I had an incredible experience with stay at Maspalomas Princess Hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria . From the moment I arrived at Hotel, reception welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. It instantly made me feel welcomed. - food is always available and good types and assorted items can get you through the day without having to worry about it. - beverages are always served in restaurants and bars outside and close to the swimming pools. - there are nice guys from animation team with always having fun with them and making happy all the guests. It was heartwarming to stay with best hotel and so generous and kind.
