Location is great. The unit is quite large and bright, and has a balcony.

La Maison Bastide is in a great location, right on a tram line for easy access to Bordeaux center, yet far enough out that the neighborhood is very quiet. Breakfast is excellent with homemade yogurt and baked goods washed down with excellent coffee. Highly recommended!

The bedrooms were great, loved how they had their own bathrooms! Loved how there were two different family style rooms we could hang out in with everyone.

This is an exceptional apartment. Beautifully furnished, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Pristine. Very safe, secure and with the host on site. Added bonus of a baguette and croissants delivered each morning. Location was perfect. The building has been refurbished to a very high standard and the lift access made all the difference. Would highly recommend. The apartment is in a side street with no vehicle access. However, our taxi driver could access within twenty metres of the door.

Great place to stay very clean and comfortable Some complained about bugs- wine gnats - nothing really , people complained about uber not coming close enough- taxis can uber cannot, Bordeaux is mostly pedestrian roads only taxis can drive on some of the pedestrian roads to protect the buildings from pollution.

Very spacious, had all the amenities we required, nice touch for the food in fridge and delivery of breakfast items. Location was perfect.

The hotel was centrally located, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. We especially loved the terrace attached to our room. All in perfect place.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Luxurious accommodations. Perfect location that was close to attractions, restaurants, and also safe and peaceful. Sarah checked us in and helped us with restaurant recommendations, transport of our bags to the room, and answered all of our questions about Bordeaux. She was a wonderful way for us to be introduced to the hotel and to Bordeaux.

We loved the place - the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had just arrived from an international flight and we didn't want to have the gastronomic dinner, and they accomodated our request for a small dinner. The wine they selected for us was excellent !

Rooftop was stunning, staff was great, rooms are small but enough for a short visit.

we were given a warm welcome and headed to the pool, which is great for swimming laps. We were then served a poolside glass of rosé. Dinner was later served on the terrace and was excellent, as was breakfast on the following morning. Rooms on the first (EU) floor are comfortable and full of light. Two face the garden and two face towards the pool and adjacent terrace. Ground floor rooms have a terrace. All rooms are generously sized. Beds and bedding are of outstanding quality. Rather than staying in a hotel, the feeling was more like being greeted at someone's country house as special guests! It was actually so pleasant it led us to book for a new stay on our way back to Spain. Highly recommended for those people who prefer intimate and understated places.
