Claudine and Manu are excellent hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. Every night we shared excellent 4 course chef-prepared meals with great value and breakfasts are wonderful as chef Manu prepared everything homemade. We also enjoyed socializing with them and other guests at dinner, very family oriented.

The grounds and rooms are spectacularly kept and Pascal is wonderful. He always had a recommendation for places to visit(with maps) and assisted with reservations to amazing restaurants! If you come to Provence you must stay at Les Carmes. It is very convenient to southern areas(Arles etc) and to the East(Gordes, Roussillon, Lourmarin). Traditional French breakfast is amazing and as always served with pride and attentiveness by Pascal. Pascal speaks English very well and made us feel at home.
