Hotels with Pools in Monpazier

Beautiful, chic hotel and wonderful room.

It’s charming!! Very comfortable and the location in the small bastide town of Monpaizier is ideal. Such a pretty location! The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive as well.

Peaceful location right on a beautiful field Complimentary cold beverages from the host to welcome us: wine, sparkling water, juices for kids and milk as well as all the little small things we otherwise would have to buy: dish detergent, dish soap, tea and coffee, sugar. Air conditioning in all rooms, electric outdoor shades for windows as well as good indoor blinds. This was a must for visiting SW France in July! We were nervous as we were visiting the Dordogne region during a heat wave but we were perfectly comfortable, even with our little kids. The pool! It doesn't look too large from the photos but must be at least 3.5 meters long. Perfect for our family and our little kids. And nice and warm. It wasn't too deep so our oldest could stand (maybe a little over 1 meter deep?) And lounge chairs with extra large parasols. Very attentive hosts who were right next door and available whenever we needed some assistance or had a question about the house. I was afraid we would be too isolated or a long drive from all the sites but that wasn't the case at all! We were only a 30-40 min drive from many castles, caves and other notable sites. Lascaux is a bit further (1 hour 15) but worked fine for a day-trip. Nearby village of Montpazier (7 min drive) was so charming, filled with lots of small, independently owned shops, lots of tempting restaurants and an amazing Thursday morning market.

Absolutely gorgeous location and setting, the most quiet and restful, beautiful and comfortable room and bathroom, and the best hosts ever!
