The facility is super clean and modern and we felt so welcomed from the beginning! I even received a little video of how to get to our apartment since we got tere past check-in hours. The main pool is great, never too busy and clean. Private pool was great since we traveled with a baby. The room facilities also accommodated for everything we might have needed with a baby. The beds were very comfortable. Staff is beyond helpful and just so nice. They even surprised all their guest with a BBQ.

This hotel was exactly what we needed after a very busy period we have had. The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, the staff though is what makes the difference in this hotel! We would like to give our congratulations to whoever is hiring these people. They were all beyond wonderful. We felt we were hosted by members of our family. They were all kind, nice, ready to help us with everything we needed, and always with a smile. The food was also wonderful. We would absolutely stay again in this hotel!

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. They treated us so well and actually upgraded our room to include one with a private pool. The staff were very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was that worth a 5 star location.

Everything is clean and pretty, all inclusive package was amazing! Best food I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel, the cocktails were also very nice. Our room had some malfunctions, probably because it was brand new and no one had found them yet. But we did, and the hotel staff not only fixed the issues but also compensated us with a meal at their chef’s restaurant, which was amazing!
