This is our second time staying at Hotel Kvarner. We really enjoy staying there. The service is incredible always greet you with a smile. It is in A lovely location and the rooms with ocean view are amazing!! Highly recommend upgrading to an ocean view. Once again, the breakfast was also delicious!

A Hidden Gem Brought to Life by Professional Management I recently stayed at the Keight Hilton in Opatija and was pleasantly surprised—truly a big, big surprise. The facility is elegant, well-operated, and reflects the standards you’d expect from an internationally managed brand like Hilton. Croatia has immense potential, but what it often lacks is consistent, professional hospitality management. This stay confirmed my belief: Croatia needs more facilities managed by international hotel groups. The difference in service quality, attention to detail, and overall experience is striking. With more properties operated at this level, Croatia could genuinely become a pearl of the Mediterranean, not just in beauty but also in service excellence. I liked the place. I liked how it ran. And I left convinced that this is the way forward.

Just wonderful! The host Ana and her husband are incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown here. It was exceptional clean. Pool and exterior are amazing. I couldn't recommend this accommodation more. We will be back for sure.

In May 2023, I had the unforgettable experience of spending two nights in the Penthouse at Jacuzzi Apartments in Opatija. This is, in my opinion, the best apartment on the property, and the entire stay exceeded all my expectations. Communication from the start was clear and concise. We received directions and the exact address of the apartment from the property, it was not in the city center but conveniently located nonetheless (by car). We were informed that our host, Kristina, would be waiting for us upon our arrival. Kristina was incredibly attentive and responsive. She reached out on the day of our arrival, reconfirming the address and check-in time. We had planned to arrive at around 14:00 and she asked us to message her 15-20 minutes before our arrival, which we did. True to her word, Kristina was waiting for us right outside the apartment. Upon our arrival, Kristina took the time to explain all the features of the apartment to us, including how to use the Jacuzzi, the WiFi, the electric blinds, and the kitchen. Her warm welcome and thorough introduction to the apartment made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was simply stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was clear that the apartment was new. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Jacuzzi. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching the evening descend was a truly fabulous experience. The view from the apartment was also breathtaking, adding to the overall luxury of the place. In summary, we had a fantastic two-day stay at Penthouse Jacuzzi Apartments. The accommodation was top-notch, our host was welcoming and helpful, and the experience was one we will remember for a long time. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Opatija.
