It is well maintained property.

The facility along with all the staff, the security, the cleanliness and the overall environment, are all so well and perfect.

Beautiful property, excellently maintained. It even smelled nice. The staff were kind, thoughtful and thoroughly pleasant to deal with. I have stayed at this property before and it continues to live up to its reputation and my expectations. The property and it’s staff offer a tranquil sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Hyderabad

Staff! It was the staff definitely. So resourceful and dedicated. I was there in hyderabad for just a night to attend a dear friend's wedding and while I watched a ton of saree draping videos, none of it helped and when I called the fornt desk for help - they didnt hesitate and sent help in the form of two angels who helped me get ready in 20 minutes and be on my way. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

Appreciate all the staff and their sweet gesture , amazing service and love the interior it was spacious to it was amazing.

Loved everything at ITC Kohenur from service to experience.

Clean, really nice smell, the music in the hall, good breakfast and location close to a shopping centre

Our stay at Trident Hyderabad completely exceeded our expectations. Everything felt just right. The rooms are really well thought out—bathrooms had extra mats in the perfect spot, and there were fresh fruits waiting in the bedroom, which was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and they genuinely didn’t expect any tips, which made the service feel even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the rooftop pool and the spa treatment—it was so relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, both in variety and taste. Honestly, we would happily plan a trip to Hyderabad just to stay here again.

I liked Town Square Suites, very friendly and also professional. Standards are high and very convenient from airport. Once gym is in place that will be perfect

Kindness, Hospitality, and professionalism of staff

I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, and everything was well arranged. A perfect place for a family stay. Highly recommended!

Spacious and wonderful property in salubrious surroundings. Exceptional staff and would specifically like to mention the very courteous and friendly hospitality of Mr. Deepak at the Front Desk and Mr. Santosh, Restaurant Manager.

The entire landscape, warmth of staff, food, activities.

Browntown Resort's breakfast experience deserves its own accolades. The morning spread was not just a meal; it was a delightful experience of flavors and freshness. With a diverse menu catering to various tastes, breakfast became a cherished part of our stay. The combination of delicious food and scenic views set the perfect tone for each day of our retreat.

As I’ve been travelling to Hyderabad quite often these days and staying at Radisson, Hitech City, I would like to express my appreciation for the warm welcome and excellent service I consistently receive. A special mention to the front desk team Sejal and Swarupa for their outstanding support and professionalism. Thank you for the continued hospitality. I’m very happy with my stays at Radisson and look forward to choosing your hotel for all my future visits.

Rupal was really helpful for our checkin process and also arranged a little cake for us. Thanks for everything!

Well kept, Good service. Good massage/spa. Good facilities. Beautiful

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights and we were touched by the hospitality--both Institutional and individual. From complimentary airport transfers to the breakfast and dinner buffet spreads, we did not get a chance to complain. To especially name a few people who always made us feel special: Abid, from housekeeping, with his impeccable manners and wonderful service. Abhinanda at the reception who offered us a late check out on knowing our flight schedule. Chef Chinna at Turquoise, who uncomplainingly prepared dishes for us that were not on the menu. Sridhar, Nasir, Nitin, Arkava would all get 5 stars for their kindness and hospitality. Some of them even conspired with Chef Chinna to prepare some gongura pickle (which I said I loved) for us to take home. And there was a farewell cake! All in all, an unforgettable experience.

Every morning I had delicious scrambled eggs served by the friendly and efficient staff of Kakali, Rajesh, Sresta, Rohit, Farha, Pinki, and Karan the very effective and helpful manager. The setting of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. The chef and servers were always very helpful in addressing any of my special dietary needs which usually came up during the evening meals. The front desk and courtesy desk of Nuckle, Ahmed, Abhi, Dolly Saw, Tiyasha, Subhmoy, and Raids were always friendly, kind, and helpful.
