Use of the spa was included in the price and only one other guest used the facilities while we did. The track to the hotel was fine despite the heavy snow. General vibe. Lovely dogs!

The hotel was amazing. Especially for the price we paid! Great location, good food. We felt very welcomed. The employees were happy to answer all of our questions, and you can tell they like their job. I would definitely come back!

We forgot our watch at the upper pool. The frost and fire team took the effort and sent it back to us, to Switzerland. This is not a given and we are very thankful!
