The staff were very helpful, and once at the property, you are removed from the tourist crowds, with great views, facilities, local walks, and a small restaurant serving local specialities. We had a lovely stay.

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

Fantastic, modern property with nice luxurious front villa. The service is more than excellent and the staff truly cares for the guests !

It is hard to find a good service in Italy, but here everything was amazing. The room is big and clean. The balcony is huge! The stuff is so helpful and really tries to make your stay the best experience! The food is delicious! We’ve tried the food in local restaurants and it was not as good as in this hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Love it☀️

Everything!!! Exceeded all expectations. Firstly the views are magic. No matter the time of day, it never gets old. Like a postcard!! The pool was incredible. We spent many many hours poolside. It was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. The amenities were all fabulous. We were genuinely devastated to leave!

We spent 3 nights and loved everything about our apartment. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Lake Como. A big bonus for kids was the pool we could chill in. Fantastic apartment with out of this world day & night views of Lake Como. Thank you Selene for being such a friendly and amazing host.

Beautifully located houses with the view on Como Lake. Homes are located up on the hill, so it takes around 25 minutes walk to get to city center.They have all necessary equiments. Outside each house has mini patio with table to eat, relax and enjoy the marvelous view on neighborhood.The host is super helpful if you have any guestions regarding your stay.

Amazing house with a great garden and accomodating family.

Spacious apartment set in the hills of Bellano with good views from the balcony. There’s easy access to Bellano and the lake for those who don’t mind a little walk. I’d highly recommend comfortable shoes as the paths may not be what some are used to. The host was very accommodating making sure we had everything we need

We stayed for 2 nights, it was more than expected, Vanessa was so kind and helpful, she showed us places to visit during our stay and provided all facilities needed during our stay for 2 nights. The view was incredible! Highly recommended!

Location at top of the hill with great lake views . The apartment is perfectly equipped and lately renovated so it's new .

Location of the property is second to none, views are the most amazing! We loved that it is in a quiet (at least at the time we were there) village. Property was fully stocked for self catering, beds were good, heated pool was perfect for morning swims! You probably need a car to get to the property as it is up a steep hill but we thought it was one of the best places we stayed and would love to go back again!
