The staff were very helpful, and once at the property, you are removed from the tourist crowds, with great views, facilities, local walks, and a small restaurant serving local specialities. We had a lovely stay.

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

The owner, Sara , was extremely helpful and kind , she gave me a map and marked where cafes were . The breakfast was very good , with some lovely touches , like fruit kebabs . She made a lot of effort to help her guests feel welcome.

The staff is great, very helpful and informative. The view from the shared terrace is beautiful. AC worked great and parking was provided. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great location, short walk to the beach plus the town center. The staff were helpful and extremely welcoming. Room was really nice, the views were spectacular, although you can see abandoned pool through some of the windows. Location is less touristy which was also a bonus and you can reach the other towns really easily even by car.

The apartment is perfect. Large terrace, the views from the terrace are unforgettable. Large bed, good plumbing. The kitchen is well equipped, has everything you need for cooking and serving. It is very quiet at night, the air is fresh, you can hear the singing of birds and the noise of the lake. The best experience of a trip to Como thanks to these apartments. The owner of Luca was always in touch and ready to help. The owner came to meet us and allowed us to leave a little later, moreover, the owner's parents took us by car to the railway station. Thank you very much, it was very nice.

Perfect location with a short walk to the lake & ferry port. Supermarket, restaurants, cafe/bars & bakery close by. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake & surrounding mountings.
