Hotels with Pools in Piana

Beautiful property, well maintained. The apartment was a perfect size for us. It was very clean. There was a welcome basket with sweets and coffee and tea. It turned cold while we were there and the heat worked great. The spa is very nice. We hope to be back someday for another respite from the cities.

Located in one of Italy’s secret jewels, the Trasimeno Lake area in Umbria (15 minutes from Tuscany) family-owned Casa Baldelli offers you a real Italian experience. Great location as, again, you can be at the city-center Castiglione del Lago (still in Umbria, a medieval fortress with, of course, beautiful restaurants, etc) in 5 minutes and, also, reach the world-famous Southern Tuscany area (being Cortona and Montepulciano the closest spots) in less than 25 minutes. Casa Baldelli offers 1900’s-built “casale” apartments upgraded enough to suits your needs. Also, you will find a gorgeous swimming pool and a top-quality restaurant in the facilities, all surrounded by a fantastic landscape where you get as relaxed as you can imagine.

I would and am recommending the accommodation. Everything was lovely. A car is needed but I think people will work that out. Perfect for a get away to relax and have great access to surrounding area.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The spacious apartment, the location, the garden

Very friendly owner. The apartment was clean and big. Great pool. The kids had a great time.

Great countryside hotel, typical Tuscan (although physically in Umbria just a couple of hundred meters across from provincial border). We were upgraded to bigger room (suite) - morning view from the window was unforgettable. Staff organized dinner by the pool, pleasant atmosphere and attitude of the staff. Pool was useful after hot day in Pienza.

Amenities overall and the villa area itself is gorgeous. Surrounded by a small garden, fresh lavender, apple and pear threes smells like heaven

Big pool, excellent food in the restaurant, staff very frendly

The welcome of Andrea was warm with a bottle of wine. He gave us a lot of information and tips what to do and there was a usefull map. We would have loved to stay longer and would certainly love to book again if visiting Umbria.

Great location and easy to get to attractions.

The serenity.. the breathtaking view.. and the foooood 😭❤️

Breakfast was good, I recommend adding dinner, it was amazing.

Beautiful property in a serene setting. Serena prepared us a beautiful homemade breakfast with a wonderful variety.

The dinner made for us was fantastic. Vegetables from her garden. Their swimming pool was lovely as well. They were so friendly even though they spoke very little English we could communicate on phones etc.

Hello We travelled with the Family. the Staff members are very helpful. We had an incident but was handled very well. We are very satisfy with the resolution.
