Great rooms, great Spa, open until late, location, breakfast just great! But most of all all staff were really welcoming and helpful. In one word- great!

Annarita is super kind and caring host. The sweets at breakfast prepared by her were amazing (next time I will absolutely consider the dinner) The place is perfect for a get away in full peace. Cerry on the top from Annarita, I had the room with bathtub and I could really relax after an intense day of riding motorbike.

Perfect place run by wonderful Ombretta and Roberto who go out of their way to make sure everything is according to your needs. Secluded in the hills of Tucscany, with nature and bird sounds around you. A lot of space and playground for your kids to run around, and the chicken coop is always interesting. Tuscan style rooms are spotlessly clean and of great size, and look so much better in person than in the pictures. There is a common laundry room that you can use, just buy the coins at the reception. Big parking on-site, with an electric car charger. Although it was not pool season, it still looked very well maintained. The nearest market is in Ponte a Poppi, about a 15min drive away. Cellphone coverage is almost non-existent, but the Wi-Fi is really good all around the property.

Wonderful blend of a traditional Tuscany home and modern design touches. Appliances and "creature comforts" all modernized while allowing the space to make you feel like you are in another world while traveling. Plus a wonderful pool! I'll be back.

We loved everything - except the room fragrance!

It’s very relaxing and more important is the privacy. The building has everything, I love everything there, we and our little dog son spent almost a week there and def would like to go back!

The room with jacuzzi was just perfect, spotless clean, new furniture and very comfy bed. The food it's just great, we ate for 2 days at the restaurant of the hotel, strongly suggested! The staff was friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here a lot. It was a spontaneous booking but we got a quick confirmation. The fire was already going when we arrived 2 hours later which made the place warm and cosy. The whole house had creative touches which were a lot of fun to discover. We especially liked the star lights above the master bed. The hosts were friendly and attentive (eg. bringing more firewood without me even needing to ask). The outdoor garden is great for kids to play and in a beautiful rural setting. Overall I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in a peaceful national park village. The location is perfect—right behind the house is a serene forest with beautiful trails leading up to the mountains, making it ideal for nature lovers. The house itself is incredibly cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including comfy beds that ensured we had restful nights. The garden was a highlight for us and our dogs—they absolutely loved it. Garden is fully fenced. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!
