Both Mauritzio and his son Andrea are exceptional hosts. They were extremely helpful with anything we needed and were on hand if we needed them. We had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful and the views are outstanding. Just stunning. The location is very peaceful and serene. The pool is also beautiful. We felt very privileged and lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place. I was travelling with my teenage daughter and we both felt safe and secure. I cannot recommend this location enough. We hope to return <3 Thank you Mauritzio and Andrea for such a wonderful stay.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how much I loved this place, I highly recommend it. It’s set in a beautiful old palace with a modern, very chic interior. The hospitality is exceptional and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive to every little detail. The breakfast was great and the spa experience was flawless, pure bliss. The location is stunning, in a small, authentic medieval town, with breathtaking views over the Umbrian landscape. It really was a truly Italian affair.
