Kaya Hotel’s customer service was truly exceptional. The welcoming environment, the staff’s consistently positive attitude, and their remarkable attention to detail made my stay stand out. Their level of hospitality went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in my travels to hotels around the world. I will definitely recommend Kaya Hotel to my friends and family.

Everything was excellent; I felt at home. The staff—Jawn, Salama, and Faiz—were amazing and went out of their way to help us. My daughter fell ill, and as I’m new to the country, their support was invaluable. They even helped us find a doctor. Mr. Fawaz kept checking in to make sure we were okay and safe. The hotel is truly warm and family-friendly.
