One of the best places in srilanka , we had the best time , the views are amazing wooow , totally worth every dollar, the guys helped us taking our heavy luggage, all the time cared about us , put music from our country, and even gave us the JBL speaker , big thank you for both of you , the dinner was very delicious

The owner was extremely nice. We really got used to meet nice people in Sri Lanka but Azarath managed to surprise us even more. There were five of us friends, and we were aware that there were beds for four people and one couch, which we were okay with. However, Azarath generously offered us a free room with a bed and all the amenities. The place was stunning; the bedrooms were modern, and one of them was partially outdoors. After checking in, I realized that I had accidentally booked two nights instead of one. Unfortunately, there was no option to cancel my booking at that point. Nevertheless, we spoke with Azarath over the phone, and he was extremely helpful. He checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was okay. I want to express my gratitude to him once again. Thank you, Azarath! :)

Clean accommodation, gorgeous view with friendly staff

This was my first stay at villa pinnawala.staff was friendly and very attentive.room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.from hotel to pinnawala orphange about 200m walking distance.food was so delicious.swimming pool was clean and tidy.they had a amazing bar as well.hope to visit again for another stay.

This was one of the most magical moments of our trip to Sri Lanka. The unique chance to see elephants right from the balcony of your room is what makes this hotel special. Seeing these huge animals taking a bath in the river and even treat them with banana is a unique experience! The hotel’s restaurant deserves a special mention. Breakfast offered a huge selection, from Sri Lankan traditional dishes to a variety of European. Dinner was equally excellent: big portions, reasonable prices and incredibly tasty food that literally sent me to nine cloud😍 The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff are kind, polite and helpful. All in all, this hotel leaves a feeling of care and heart felt warmth. I highly recommend it!
