He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.

Everything was amazing, the food, the restaurants, the breakfast! The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming, especially Beatriz from the bar the make us fell really welcome, we where a big group and she always was super nice to us. The hotel is beautiful and really close to the old town.

All staff are extremely friendly and polite — especially the reception team who made us feel very welcome, even when checking in late at night. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are quiet. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and very good.
